If you are transferring real estate in Maine, either buying, selling or just deeding, I provide several services at an affordable flat rate:
Residential sale: Advise on purchase and sale agreement, prepare deed, review closing documents. With the flat rate I am available as needed for any questions or concerns that come up. Attendance at closing if need be. $500 (Execute documents at closing with power of attorney - add $100).
